This Privacy Policy consists of the Personal Data Protection Policy (SECTION 1) and the Cookies Policy (SECTION 2).

SECTION 1: PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY.

1.2 CHATEAU DU ROUET, undertakes to ensure that the collection and processing of Data complies with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 dated April 27, 2016 and the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978.

1.3 CHATEAU DU ROUET undertakes to ensure that any processing of Data is carried out using procedures, technical and electronic means, enabling the confidentiality and security of the Data to be protected.

1.4 The Policy is intended to provide the User with clear, simple and precise information concerning the processing of Data.

1.5 The Policy may be modified or supplemented at any time by CHATEAU DU ROUET, in particular in order to comply with any legal or technological developments. In such a case, the date of the update will be clearly identified at the top of this Policy.

ARTICLE 2 : IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

2. 1 The Data Controller, who collects the Personal Data and implements the data processing, is CHATEAU DU ROUET, a Société civile d'exploitation agricole with a share capital of 760,050.00 euros, whose registered office is located Route de Bagnols en Forêt Domaine du Rouet 83490, Le Muy, registered in the Fréjus Trade and Companies Register under number D 443 007 745 and with a unique VAT identification number FR57443007745, and can be contacted on +33 (0)4 94 99 21 10 or by e-mail at contact@chateau-du-rouet.com.

2.2 CHATEAU DU ROUET acts as Data Controller with respect to Personal Data collected on the Site, in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 dated April 27, 2016.

ARTICLE 3 : PERSONAL DATA LIKELY TO BE COLLECTED

3.1 The Personal Data likely to be collected by CHATEAU DU ROUET, via the Internet Site, are as follows:

  1. Data relating to the User's identity: "Name", "first name", "e-mail address", "telephone number", "company";

(ii) Data relating to the creation of a customer account: login or e-mail address and password for connection to the customer account;

(iii) Data relating to the order: order number, details of products ordered, product returns;

(iv) Browsing data: this is data that the Publisher collects when the User browses the Site, such as the date and time of connection and/or browsing, browser type, browser language, IP address, location and geolocation data.

3.2 This data may be collected via the contact form, when creating a customer account, when subscribing to the newsletter or when posting comments.

3.4 CHATEAU DU ROUET does not collect sensitive data and collects only the Data strictly necessary for processing. 3.5 To access the Site and create an account, the Site User must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. If you are a minor, please do not attempt to access the Site, create an account or place orders for Products.

ARTICLE 5 : RETENTION PERIOD

5.1 User data will not be kept beyond the period strictly necessary for the purposes set out herein, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In principle, CHATEAU DU ROUET retains Data for a period of twelve (12) months. However, personal data collected when using the contact form is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and up to 12 months after the completion of the assignment for the User. Data required for the management of a website may be kept for up to one (1) year after the closure of the User's account. Cookies and other tracers placed on the Site will be kept for a period not exceeding thirteen (13) months, in accordance with applicable regulations.

5.2 At the end of these periods, CHATEAU DU ROUET undertakes to return or destroy, at its expense and under its responsibility, all Personal Data collected, unless CHATEAU DU ROUET is bound by a legal retention period or a higher prescription.

ARTICLE 6 : RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

Within the scope of its activity and for the purposes specified above, CHATEAU DU ROUET may share Users' Personal Data with: (i) Employees of CHATEAU DU ROUET such as certain salaried employees, for internal administrative purposes or for the management of your rights for example; (ii) Employees of technical service providers to carry out activities strictly related to the provision of services through the Site (for example technical intervention and maintenance of network equipment and electronic communications), who have an obligation of confidentiality; (iii) Public authorities or bodies, when required by law; (iii) The company SAS SAVATIER SELECTION in its capacity as seller on the Site.

ARTICLE 7 : TRANSFER OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

7.1 The data collected is intended for the exclusive use of CHATEAU DU ROUET. It may be transmitted exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes to subcontractors, or to any administrative or judicial authority in order to satisfy a legal obligation.

7.2 Personal data will not be transmitted outside the European Union.

8.3 CHATEAU DU ROUET reserves the right to respond within a maximum of one (1) month from receipt of the User's request.

8.4 CHATEAU DU ROUET undertakes to do its utmost to respect the User's rights with regard to his/her data. If, however, the User considers that his/her rights have not been respected, he/she may lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL): www.cnil.fr.

ARTICLE 9 : LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES

The Site may contain links to other websites operated by third-party companies. CHATEAU DU ROUET is not responsible for the processing of personal data by these third-party sites. The User is advised to consult the personal data protection policies of these third-party sites.

ARTICLE 10 : SECURITY MEASURES FOR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

10.1 Data is processed in compliance with French law no. 78-17 "Informatique et Libertés" of January 6, 1978, amended by the law of June 20, 2018 no. 2018-493, the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, and decree no. 2019-536 of May 29, 2019.

ARTICLE 3: CONSENT TO COOKIES.

3.1 Cookies exempt from consent:
